I am an ecologist and evolutionary biologist, interested in tropical ecology and conservation biology. I use an integrative approach combining empirical observations, experiments, modelling, and trait-based and phylogenetic tools to answer my research questions, and apply these questions to a wide range of systems. I finished my PhD in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology at Rice University in 2015, then I worked as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at Rice University for a year, and I am currently a Daniel and Sarah Hrdy Fellow in Conservation Biology in the Department of Organismic and Evolutionary Biology at Harvard University.
